After a knowledge sharing with our developers, and we are given access to your environment, code and databases, we are ready to start supporting you with
incident management.
Incident management:
Critical issues – up within 2 hours from acknowledgement
Disruptions like the website being completely down, no answer at all from the domain name or nothing happens when trying to request.
Major issues – up within 5 hours from acknowledgement
Disruptions in major functionality on the website (to be defined) such as mails are not sent, credit card payments can’t be recorder or that it loads very slow. This could also mean errors in scripts, errors in release etc.
Minor – up within 8 hours from acknowledgement
Minor bugs or errors on a production website that has the effect that the page can’t be seen, an image is crashed or a release has gone wrong but has a minor impact. Documents can’t be downloaded or accessed because of file rights etc.
We follow an agreed Incident Management process and you will be informed as needed. As we will not leave any stone unturned, we also offer RCA (Root Cause Analysis) afterwards with your developers and we will suggest ways to avoid the incident as well as other code enhancements as needed.
