The Scattre Framework
Based on experience, interviews with young professionals and a lot of trial and error, we have developed a remote working concept called Scattre. It's a simple value based agile framework which is optimised for leading, (self) managing, developing and engaging teams who work remotely in order to get the best working environment possible.
The framework has a few base concepts that everyone will sign off on:

Trust thru accountability
Clear roles with full responsibility and accountability where the employee is empowered to control, drive and influence their own work as well as others.
Stand-up meetings
Daily meetings sharing updates about what's being worked on from yesterday, what will be worked on until tomorrow and if there are any issues.
Flexibility
Commitment and availability instead of time clocking leads to flexibility and ownership of the employees own time.
Outcome oriented
Focus on the overall outcome instead of the output.
Respect for the individual
Respect for everyone's life situation, choices and professional decisions.
Shared Backlog
One list to work off from, prioritised by the business.
